Nicole joined the agency as a temporary employee in May 2012 and became a full-time member in September 2012. She earned her property and casualty insurance license in December 2012. She is an account manager with the agency, handling both personal and commercial lines accounts. She is a recent graduate of Columbia College-Evening Campus with her associate’s degree in business administration.

Nicole moved to Missouri in 2005 from the Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland region and currently resides in Centralia, MO, with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
